Lead Developer

Led the port of Headspace XR to Samsung’s Galaxy XR (Android XR) platform as Lead Developer, heading a distributed team of five Unity developers and QA from around the world to deliver against a very short timeline.

The project demanded rapid coordination across time zones, hands-on technical leadership, and pragmatic engineering decisions to bring the immersive Headspace XR mindfulness experience to new hardware without compromising quality — all under tight delivery constraints.
